Pampered or Entitled?

I was sleeping soundly on the velvet chair in the living room (I'm not supposed to be in the living room, or sleep on the nice burgundy throw either).

Then I heard the mother of my pet human ask me:

"Do you feel pampered?"

"No, I feel entitled."

Of course it is entitlement. I have long realised that my needs come far behind those of my four cats Or should that be masters?

Yes Skittles you are entitled to sleep anywhere you want to.

What's wrong with both!?

Our Mommakitty, who is a psycho-lady-therapist, says there is such a thing as "healthy entitlement" - so there!

Jams: you are not your cats' slave, but their pet.

Derby: you are soooo handsome! I agree with you.

Curator: Both? Great idea!

Kimo & Sabi: I and my pet human agree with your Mommakitty: healthy entitlement. So next time the mother of my pet human questions why I am sleeping in the living room, I will ask her:

"You DO want me to be healthy, don't you?"

I beg your pardon, you are "not allowed"?!?! Whose house is it anyway? I can't believe it.
Skittles, it's not that we're "not allowed," it's just that we should try to not get caught.
