Yoga Tuesday

Good morning, everyone! What a beautiful day! I am so happy to be here, alive, and in San Diego! Life is good!

WOWIE!!! Have we been to a few parties lately? How many trips to the buffet at Sadie, Speedy, and Scout's did YOU make????? Be honest now.

So today's class will focus on some relaxing exercise that will help you trim the tummie.

Deep breath.....hold.....hold.....hold, exhale through your mouth.

Snacks today are light. Tuna, the best way......

Skittles, Skeezix has left it to us to choose a debate date. The questions are almost in--there is a recount going on two of the questions. What do you think about a week from tomorrow, Wed. July 18?

Nice poses by the way.

Good thing we have some light snacks, because I am very exhausted! This was a good class today. I think my tummy might be toning up a little bit, too. Thanks Skittles!

Mom wants to know if a guarantee comes with that particular exercise 'cause she could stand to lose a little in the tummy area. Tipper & I think we look fine the way we are.
