Autumn Yoga 1

Good Morning, Everyone. Welcome back to Yoga Classes.I have a whole new routine for us to practice. I think we all enjoyed a little break from the rigorous excercises, but now it is time to resume working on our flexibility and stamina.

Before we start, let's have a brief moment of silent meditation for all of our dear friends who have gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. Last week was rather hard emotionally, with all the losses of dear loved ones.

Ok, deep breath....hold, hold, hold. Exhale through your nostrils slowly.

Excellent! Oh, I can see that many of you continued on with practicing your poses. Now, for the goodies. (Don't worry, Miles, there is a whole pig just for you!)

Caviar and Champagne

Seafood Buffet
Oysters Rockefeller
Lobster
And a whole pig just for Miles!

That was very relaxing and refreshing, too. I am starting to get very flexible, I think. The silent meditation part was good.

I think I ate too much; I am going to take a nap now.

Thanks Skittles!
