Lion Sized Love

I thought everyone would enjoy this. It's very touching. These 2 guys reared this lion from a baby in England, but the authorities would not allow them to keep it once it reached maturity. They were forced to give it up. They took it back to Africa and placed it in a wildlife sanctuary. A year later the went to see it and were told the lion would not remember them. Watch the expressions on the lion's face.

There is no sound in the video. But be sure to watch the lion's face and reactions!!

Enjoy!

Do our cats love us? You bet!

Love,

Why do humans continue to believe that we are not living thinging beings without emotions? I don't get it. They say Cat, like it's a thing. We are just as intelligent in our own way as they are.

Dear Diamond Emerald Eyes,

Every now and then my pet human gets into cat fights on a blog called Lutheran Surrealism. The author of that blog doesn't believe animals have souls.

I think it's all semantics. I love my pet human. And I know her horse loves her too.

And I would like to add this:

I am impressed and touched by the obvious love on the faces of the two Brits.

Hello Skittles,
I am glad to find more blogs by cats, it is so refreshing for the internets. I am also a kitty with a blog but so far I am only blogging about the stuff that goes on in our house, for instance we are getting trained to use the human toilet. I hope you can visit my blog in your free time. I got your blog from Top 100 cat Sites website.

Oh, that is so sweet and brought tears to my eyes! It reminded me of the story of Elsa and Joy Adamson. The love between the two guys and the lion is so clear!

That made my mommy cry. So sweet.

Humans are so silly to think that we animals can't love or remember them. We have souls and feelings and emotions. That video is undeniable proof. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, that is so magnificent it gives me chills! I've never understood how anyone can look into a cat's - or any animal's - eyes without seeing their love, intelligence and, yes, souls.

We don't unnerstand how anyone can say dat animals don't have emotions. We may not behave like humans (sometimes dey is just cruel and stoopid) but we feel things too! Elefants haf been known to visit da bones of dead reletives long after dey haf left da land of da living. We sawed a speshul on tv where a mommy monkey carried around her dead infant for days and den sat wif it as da rest of dem moved on...did God not create us just as he did human beans!
