Yoga Class!!!

Welcome to yoga class!

Today let's start by allowing all of our senses to become in tune with our inner light......

I have prepared a special place for class today.
We will have peaceful candlelight to contemplate.....

Lotus candles.....symbol of regeneration. One often sees the lotus as the throne upon which the Buddha sits. Thus the Buddha is the symbol of the awakened Mind, which is self-existent, independent, and self-regenerating.

Incense or aromatherapy, which ever way you wish to call it. My pet's favorite is lavender.

But today I have a blend of frankincense and myrrh for a soothing, mellow atmosphere

Now everybody, take a deep breath, exhale and follow along.

Lovely! I'm so relaxed now, and peaceful. I feel at one with the energy of the cat blogosphere.

Usually I like to party after yoga class, but today let's snack on some goodies that will help us continue the peaceful feelings throughout the week.

Tea

Smoked salmon with cream cheese on crackers and topped with chopped chives

The ultimate ham sandwich for Miles (yah! that should keep Miles calm for a week!)

I think we all can have a bite of this ham sandwich.....there's plenty for everyone, Billy too!

Luv,
Skittles, The Huntress

I am feeling a great sense of peacefulness and fullness. I am not sure if that is from the yoga or the foods!

Thanks for sending your pet human to fix my computer!

Now I can follow you again on the internet.

To Jeter Harris:

You can use any mushrooms at all! They all taste great this way.
